1. Acceptance
By using the app or site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using them.
2. The service
pimo lets you open your on-device photo library by sort unit (Recents, Periods, Utilities, Albums), swipe to keep / trash-candidate / favorite, and delete trash candidates in batches. It also includes pick (📌) share and story export, and muted video playback.
3. Free tier
- The app download is free
- Free users have a daily cap on sort judgments (swipes): 100/day base, up to 250/day with streak
- Executing deletes, favorites, picks, share, and export do not count toward the daily cap
- After hitting the cap you can still review/delete trash candidates, use picks, and open Settings
4. pimo Pro (paid)
In-app purchases remove the daily cap (prices shown for the Japan storefront; other storefronts may differ):

- Family Sharing: not supported

Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Renewal may be charged within 24 hours before the period ends
- Cancel in iOS Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions (the app also links to subscription management)
- Lifetime does not auto-renew. Buying lifetime while subscribed does not cancel the subscription automatically — cancel separately
Restore
After reinstall or on a new device, use Restore Purchases in the app (same Apple ID).
5. Your responsibilities
- Deletes may be irreversible; confirm before deleting (follow the system confirmation)
- Do not use the app unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights
- Backups and iCloud settings are your responsibility
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. The app is provided “as is.” Mandatory consumer-protection rules may limit this section.
7. Changes
We may change these terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected on this page (and may be announced by other reasonable means).
8. Governing law
Japanese law, except where mandatory local rules apply.
