1. Introduction
This policy describes how the pimo iOS app and related site (pimo.pictures) handle information.
2. Data we collect
pimo does not send your photos or videos off your device. There is no first-party server, analytics SDK, ads SDK, or account sign-up.
For Apple’s App Privacy label, our intent is Data Not Collected, because we do not transmit and retain data off-device.
Processed only on-device (not “collected” under Apple’s definition), for example:
- Photo library access (sort, delete, favorites, pick, export)
- Sort judgments, trash candidates, picks, daily sort counts, streak (on-device storage)
3. Photo library
- Permission: read/write (required to delete and change favorites)
- Uses: browsing by sort unit, swipe judgments, batch delete, share / story export from picks, muted video playback
- We do not upload photo/video contents to our servers
- If permission is denied, library-dependent features are unavailable (we link to Settings)
4. Purchases
Weekly / monthly / yearly subscriptions and the lifetime unlock (pimo Pro) are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We do not receive card numbers. Entitlement is determined on-device from StoreKit transactions.
5. Website
The landing page and legal/support pages are static. The host (e.g. Cloudflare Pages) may keep access logs. We do not embed first-party tracking cookies or analytics tags in v1.0 (we will update this policy if that changes).
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent user data. We do not share beyond the above except where required by law.
7. Children
Age rating follows the App Store. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by reasonable means.
